When Groupon rolled out its employee volunteer program, volunteerism across the company exploded.

After launching its employee volunteer program (EVP), Groupon quickly experienced momentum. A couple years later, Groupon knew it needed a better way to organize volunteer opportunities across the U.S., engage its employees, and track and report on volunteer hours to show the program’s success.

 

CHALLENGES

  • Needed to scale the company volunteer program with ease to serve multiple Groupon offices throughout the country.
